Oracle acquired Primavera Software Inc., a leading provider of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions for project-intensive industries, in October 2008.

Summary:
Oracle Primavera Global Business Unit (PGBU) has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to significantly expand Oracle sales of Enterprise Project Portfolio Management solutions (within the Primavera GBU) into Russia & CIS territory.
The Sales Executive must demonstrate the ability to drive large enterprise application sales to closure and to work proactively with channel partners like resellers or system integrators when necessary.
The reseller channel and the some important references are currently in existence but we are looking for aggressive development within specified vertical markets, primarily Oil & Gas, Utilities, Engineering and Construction, Natural Resources, Transportation and Services, Heavy Manufacturing and Aerospace Defense in collaboration with the other Oracle LOBs.

General requirements:
Related BA/BS together with at least 10 years combined experience selling enterprise software solutions, either directly and via a reseller channel.
Software sales success in Russia & CIS region as well as experience selling into specific verticals a must.
Fluency in English a must.
Demonstrable ability in identifying, developing and closing enterprise sales opportunities.
Experience selling under disciplined formal sales methodology a must (Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, Infomentis, etc.).
Must also possess superior communication & preparation skills, strong technical aptitude, a relentless focus on objectives, an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to execute on multiple priorities in this fast paced environment.
Familiarity with project management software a plus (PMP or PSP certification).
Demonstrable focus on building long-term relations with key customers & partners to leverage maximum revenues.
Experience in working in US multinational IT Software company is certainly a plus.

Role and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Primavera Head of Sales in Russia, this role is pivotal in the generation of new business and growth in the Russia & CIS market with a personal target to match. Moscow based, the right applicant will have a proven ability to work independently in his/her market whilst coordinating with the whole sales team to add value in other markets and learn from successes elsewhere.
Willingness to travel is a must and requirement to travel to US/UK at least once a quarter.
Experience in developing territory business and account plans is also required. It is also a pre requisite that the candidate be familiar with and has proven execution of good value proposition tools and activity in order to generate account interest.

Package:
Basic salary plus a commission element. Competitive market package.

Candidate background:
Ideally from ERP, CRM, Project Portfolio Management or similar software sales.
Large ticket sales with primary revenue coming from software rather than consulting or hardware.
Technical competence and comfort in presenting the solution
Experienced in working with or for a US corporate
Channel sales experience is a plus
